“At the moment the SWISSINDO team (global delegations) has put out an offer to countries to forego the debt (odious debt) that they owe and to return money to the government to operate their systems properly, and to return money to the communities (you know? you, me our kids) by way of a stipend and a lump sum.

Now there has been a lot of questions about the details of those and the fact that’s there’s a deadline, and I’ll answer the easy one first…the funding for the people; when you’re ready and your happy and you understand what’s required, then you go down to the local bank, you’ll sign on the dotted line, and you’ll collect essentially a debit card that will be pre-loaded and you will have access to spend the value on that card as your inheritance gift…and the only thing to sign will be something that essentially says that you are prepared to be; self-responsible and cause no loss or harm to anybody else.
現在出現了很多關於這些事的細節
和事實上是有一個期限存在這事的疑問，

你不會造成任何別人的損失或傷害任何人。
So essentially it will be perhaps a treaty, and treaties that have been in the past are only active with the signatories and if Australia, for example, is a signatory to a treaty that does not mean that the citizens are signatories, so if we offer this treaty to EVERYBODY (you, me, our kids), everybody can become a sovereign and everybody can become a “king” and “queen” and have access to their value (which is infinite)…but with the governments; they have been given until the 17th of August (this 2015) to ACCEPT THIS GIFT…now that’s the date that the old license to print money is finishing.
所以基本上這將是一個可以稱之為條約的合約，而 “條約”在過去
是只有有簽署權的人能簽字的東西.
以澳大利亞為例，例如，簽署條約~~

These run historically for 70 years and that is the date that the 70 year license expires. That license was a forgery to begin with, so they haven’t had the legitimacy to begin with for the last 70 years as we’ve probably all realised by now, but we are pretending from the SwissIndo point of view that that license is legitimate and it does expire on the 17th of August, and if they don’t choose to accept the payments by then, then they can either borrow the money from SwissIndo, or SwissIndo will go around them,which is more likely.
這歷史共運行了70年，
而且這日期就是70年的印鈔許可證到期失效的日子。
這許可證一開始就是偽造的，
所以他們在過去70年並沒有這合法性~~~
一如我們現在大概都意識到的，
但我們從SwissIndo的角度上來看~~
我們假裝這許可證是合法的,
而且它確實會在八月17日到期截止，
而且如果他們屆時不選擇接受這付款，
那麼他們可以或者是向SwissIndo借錢，
或者SwissIndo會完全繞過他們
去處理事情，
這樣會更容易一些。

那個國家不接受就是對地球歷史皇族宣戰了! 絕不寬貸!)
And there are many ways that this money can be RETURNED TO THE PEOPLE (its lawful owners), and we will create delegations like the one we have, in communities ALL OVER THE PLANET to receive the funds directly…we DON’T need governments, if the governments don’t wanna play ball, we don’t have to play with them, but they do have access over the infrastructure that we the people have built over hundreds of years, AND THAT INFRASTRUCTURE BELONGS TO US, and we can re-purpose it…”
而有許多方法可以將這個錢可以還給人民

如果政府們不想(合法)玩這遊戲的話，

來重新使用它們......”
