There is a lot of misunderstanding about the subject of ascension, due to

the fact that it is a spiritual or energetic process and cannot be defined in a

physical way of understanding the process of ascension.

關於 ‘揚升’ 這主題有許多的誤解存在, 主要原因是因為

‘揚升’ 是一個 ‘靈性’ 的, 或是 ‘能量’的程序, 所以無法用

‘物理’方法來理解 ‘揚升程序’.

Ascension is a process that humans have been going through lifetime after

lifetime, within the human body and the energy bodies.

‘揚升程序’是人類每一次轉世都經歷過的程序 --- 在人類

身體之中, 也在所有 ‘能量體’ 之中.

It is a process that is not limited to the human as each being within your

Universe and beyond your universe goes through the process of ascending

and of course descending many times.

這個程序也不純粹只是人類獨有的, 因為你們宇宙中的每

個存有, 以及超越你們宇宙的存有, 都經歷過‘揚升程序’, 而

且也經歷過 ‘下降程序’許多次了.

Maybe the most appropriate description would be a movement within your own

being, ascending is moving upwards and descending is moving downwards.

最好的解釋方法可能是一個存在你之內的一個活動 ---

‘揚升程序’是往上升, 而‘下降程序’是往下降.

Within this process of ascension certain spiritual changes take place.

Depending upon your choices different processes can be assigned to the

ascending and descending within your own being.

在‘揚升程序’中 --- 有些 ‘靈性’ 改變發生. --- 依照你

個人的選擇, 你的內在會產生 ‘揚升’ 或是 ‘下降’ 的程序

在你的內裡.

As humans you had to descend through your spiritual being down to earth to

take on the human body appearance.

做為一個人類 --- 你以前必須透過你的靈性存在 ‘下降’ 到地球,

來穿上人身的外表.

When this process began, at the beginning of humans being present upon earth,

there would be a complete descending down and complete ascending up

through your entire physical being.

當這程序開始時, 當地球上剛開始有人類出現時, 會有一個

完全的 ‘下降程序’ 發生, 然後完全的‘揚升’ 透過你們全然的物

質存在裡.

As the earth reality and energy became more dense, the ascending upwards

was not taking place entirely anymore.

當地球現實和能量變成更稠密之時, ‘完全的揚升’就不再全然

的發生了 .

It is like taking an elevator, in the beginning you go from the 100^th floor to the

1^st floor, which would be earth. At some point, the beginning of denser energies

upon earth, you go down from the 100^th floor and you move only upward to the

99^th floor. From that moment on you move down from the 99^th floor to the 1^st floor again.

這就像坐電梯一樣, 剛開始你從一百樓坐到一樓 --- 那是地球.

然後不知從何時開始, 地球能量開始變得稠密化了, 所以你從第

一百樓下來但是你只能回到第99樓. 從那時開始你只能在99樓

到一樓間活動.

At this moment you can say many are only moving between the 3^rd and 5^th floor.

Most humans actually only move up and down between the 3^rd and 4^th floor, as

many have not reached the 5^th floor.

而在現在這時候 --- 你可以說 --- 許多人只能在3樓到5樓之間

活動. 大部份人類事實上只能在3樓到4樓間活動 --- 因為許多人

是到不了5樓的.

There are of course always exceptions and some are moving through a larger

amount of floors.

可是總是會有例外的, 而確實有些人是在更多的樓層間移動.

When we speak about ascension, as far as a spiritual awakening process, we

speak about the part where humans are reconnecting with the higher floors and

start moving up and back between more floors again.

所以當我們談到 ‘揚升’ --- 我們所謂的‘靈性覺醒程序’ ---

我們所談到的是關於人類的某個部份與更高樓層的重新連線,

重新開始往上移動而再次來回在更多的樓層之間.

This is a process that can take many lifetimes and has always taken many life

times, depending upon the choices of each being.

這程序有可能會花許多個轉世, 而且也一直都花了許多個轉世才達成,

--- 全看個人的選擇.

At this moment many are or have been working on reaching the 100^th floor again

in human life.

在此時, 許多人正, 或者是已經努力了許久來再次達到100樓

---在人類生命裡.

This is what we would call full ascension or cosmic ascension.

這種例子我們稱之為~~~ ‘完全的揚升’ 或是 ‘大宇宙揚升’

Planetary ascension would be a movement between the 3^rd and 5^th floor.

“行星揚升”只發生在3樓到5樓之間的移動.

Universal ascension as you might wonder about this would be between

the 3^rd and 12^th floor.

“小宇宙揚升Universal ascension” --- 是介於3樓到12樓間.

There has been an opening created within the energies that allows at this time

depending upon choices, to move through all the way to the 100^th floor as a

human, within a human body.

目前能量中 ~~~ 已經有了一個 ‘開口’

~~~可以讓人類 ~~~在人類身體內~~~

可以全程移動回到100樓 ~~~ 端看個人的選擇!

This would mean the human would be moving up and back between the 3^rd and

100^th floor.

這意思就是~~~

有人類可以在3樓到100樓之間上下移動!!!

This would result in dissolving the physical body, but also being able to

re-create the physical body, and would be considered full cosmic

ascension.

這樣的過程 ~~~ 就是先消溶掉物質身體,

但又有能力把它重新創造出個物質身體~~~

所以這就叫做~~~

完全的 “大宇宙揚升cosmic ascension”.

There are many stages in between but this should give you an overview of

What we talk about when we speak about ascension.

這中間有許多階段過程, 但這可以給你一個概念關於我們談

到的 ‘揚升’ 到底在說什麼.

There are many different views and explanations about ascension out there,

mostly based upon limited understanding of the process.

外面對 ‘揚升’ 有許多不同看法與解釋,

--- 但大多數是對這程序非常有限度的理解.

Ascension takes place within each moment, you are constantly moving up

and back between different levels, different floors, and in this way those

levels or floors are becoming a unity.

‘揚升’ 無時不刻不在發生當中, 你們一直持續的

往上往下在不同層級裡移動著, --- 以這種方式

那些層級就變成了一個 ‘聯合體’!

           (下) (實用) 狮身人面:

       揚升是無時不刻的漸進過程

          ‘揚升程序’ 簡易解!

It will not feel like moving up and down, but will feel like being present within

each level or floor, which we could call a multi-dimensional experience.

那感覺 ‘不會’ 覺得你在上下移動,

但會覺得你‘存在\出現’在某一層或樓上

         --- 這我們稱之為‘多維度經驗’!!!

Even within each level or floor is a movement of up and down so it is not a

stagnant process.

即使在單一層樓裡 --- 仍然會是一個 ‘上上下下’ 的活動

--- 所以也仍不是一個靜止的活動!

When a human is only moving in one floor, for example the 3^rd floor,

there is still an up and down movement taking place, this is the process of

life, moving up and down. Mostly through emotions, life experiences and

understanding of life upon earth.

當一個人類僅只是在一層樓上移動時, 舉例而言 --- 3樓,

仍然是有一個 ‘上上下下’ 的活動的,

~~~這就是 ‘人生的程序’ --- 不斷的 ‘上上下下’. 大部份

時候是透過情緒, 人生經驗, 以及對地球人生的理解力.

Many of you must have noticed in a way life feels many times like you are going

up and down in the way you feel about life, there are moments you feel great,

there are moments you feel less great.

你們許多人應該有注意到人生許多時候的上與下

--- 跟你對人生感覺的上與下是~~~相對應的 ---

有時你覺得很棒而有時你覺得不那麼好.

At one point this starts to balance and you are still moving, but it becomes

more and up and down movement taking place at the same time.

在某個時候你開始平衡了一些, 但你還在往前走, 可是它變得更

‘上上下下’了 --- 這些活動總是同時發生.

This is also what happens when you connect again to higher floors, the up

and down feeling starts to dissipate and the movement of up and down

becomes a movement of up and down within the same moment.

當你與更高樓層再次連接上時也是這樣的! --- “上下”感覺

開始消失, 可是那“上下”的活動卻變成同時內發生的活動.

The feeling of being outside of time, or no time, timelessness is related to this experience

or process of energy moving up and down at the same time.

在時間之外的感覺, 或是 ‘沒時間’ 的感覺, ‘零時空’ 感覺

與這種經驗是有關的, --- 這種能量同時內上下移動的程序經驗

--- 就是‘零時空’.

Now we have explained these processes in a linear way to give you more of an

understanding as a human, once you reach higher levels or floors, this explanation in

a linear way will help you understand more of the process, yet the process will not look

linear.

我們現在已經用 ‘線性’ 方式給了你一個比較人類的理解

--- 關於這程序, 一但你到達更高層級或樓, 這個 ‘線性’解釋會幫助

你容易一點理解這程序 --- 但這程序看起來不會是‘線性’的.

We also would like you to understand that there are many beings that have not taken a

physical body and are also only moving between certain floors.

我們同時希望你們理解~~ 有許多存有並沒有一個物質身體,

但也在這些某些樓層之中移動著.

The process of being sort of stuck within lower or denser energies is not limited to only

humans and having a physical body, it is also happening to those who do not have a

physical body.

人類感覺到的這個 ‘卡在較低或較稠密能量’ 這回事並不只屬於

人類而已, 這問題也發生在那些沒有物質身體的存有身上.

To give a bit more understanding to the physical view, you have to understand that being

physical or physicality within your earth reality goes up through many levels or floors.

再對 ‘物理層面’多做點解說 ~~~~ 你必須了解 ~~ 身為物質存有,

或是地球的物質實相 ~~~ 是穿梭許多層級與樓層的.

This is why the ascension into the 5^th dimension is still physical, it only

means less dense energies, the physical will become less dense, but it

does not mean the physical body will only be seen and experienced

as energy.

這就是為什麼揚升入第五維度仍然是 ‘物質的’

--- 它只代表了較不稠密的能量, 而不代表從此

‘物質身體’ 會變成只能被看到\經驗到的能量團.

Since the movement takes place from the physical level into the spiritual

level and back from the spiritual level to the physical level, there will always

be a physical experience.

由於這 ‘運動’ 是發生在從‘物質層’ 進入‘靈性層’, 然後再從

‘靈性層’ 回到‘物質層’, 所以永遠會有一個 ‘物質經驗’.

This only disappears once you reach the highest level and are able to

become present from the lowest level up and the highest level down.

這 ‘物質’ 只會消失在 --- 一但你到達最高層樓之後,

而且能夠同時存在於從最低層樓上來, 以及從最高層樓

下去時.

Experiences of being non-physical usually take place from the 5^th level

and above though, as this is in a way related to the way you as a human

see the physical and spiritual reality.

“非物質” 存在經驗通常發生在從第五維度之上的層級,

--- 因為這在某方面而言 --- 與你們人類對‘物質實相’

與對‘靈性實相’ 的看法很有關係.

After all everything is energy and even though you still experience the

physical as solid, it is energy just like everything else.

總結而言 ~~~ 所有東西都是能量, 而且即使你仍然經到

物質是實體的, 它仍然只是能量而已 ~~ 就像所有其他

東西一樣.

In this way moving into the higher levels can give you an understanding or

experience of the non-physical realities.

所以當你移入一個更高層級時, 可以給你

一個 ‘非物質實相’ 的理解或經驗.

We hope this will assist you as you move forward in your own process of

ascending and descending.
